We are not a large organization. We have no interest in becoming one. What we care about is the quality of the work and the depth of the thinking that goes into it. That means we look for people who are genuinely curious, who bring rigor to their craft, and who can hold complexity without needing to oversimplify.
Working at Hojage Xutaka means being close to the work. There is no large layer of management between an idea and its execution. If you join us, your contribution will be visible and meaningful from the start.
We are based in Poznań but work in ways that accommodate different working styles. We believe in giving people the autonomy to do their work well, and the context to understand why it matters.

Webinar Facilitator
We are looking for someone who can hold a room. Someone with a background in behavioral science, psychology, or adult education who can translate research into accessible conversation, manage group dynamics, and keep discussions honest and productive.
Express InterestContent Researcher
Each session requires deep preparation. We need someone who can synthesize behavioral economics research into clear, accurate summaries; design exercises that make abstract concepts concrete; and help us stay current with developments in the field.
Express InterestProgramme Coordinator
Behind every smooth session is careful coordination. We are looking for someone who can manage participant communications, handle logistics, maintain our scheduling systems, and help us continuously improve the participant experience from first contact to final session.
